I was surprised to see her put EDA companies at the top of her list, since she's described the EDA business model as "broken". It seems a combination of low share prices and the potential for industry shake-up through merger or LBO has attracted her to these companies.

I doubt that she meant to rank them best to worst, or even vice-versa, but just grouped by sub-sector.
For example, it'd be my opinion that Verigy is a much stronger ATE company than LTX-Credence, but that could be tainted by my own career experience...
But, she definitely listed the powerhouses there...
